The viable product
Island
What still has to be human.
When robot labor is infinite, price sits where a specific human is the point. Island is rooms, food, music, film, old-world craft, and adult fashion under contract — a campus people pay to enter, not a city we claim to own.

Place

Runway
Old-world clothing. Restored craft.
A high-fashion runway of old-world, old-money making — wool, silk, cut, posture. Restoration of the arts as civic work. Fashion and adult craft sit inside that room with the same labor law as any set. Admission is adult and contracted. Not a racial door. Not an escort desk. Not a children’s job.

EDM / film
Live rooms. Music restored.
EDM, nights, and film as rooms people pay to enter. Hollywood production days are already down. A culture center that can book a night and a crew is a jobs program, not a mood. Nightlife is not the job unless it is written and chosen.

Hospitality
Restaurants. Bars. Hotels. Farms. Lodging. Companies donate up.
When machines take cheap hours, live rooms still sell. Operating companies run food, drink, stay, farms, licensed entertainment, and tropical analog lodging — including sites under local law in the Philippines — and donate up. Beautiful people with a craft skip the wrong job by having a booked day and a contract — not by marrying the rent, and not by a genetic door. We do not own cities.
